VOBVOROT ships vintage and custom Y2K clothing worldwide from Ukraine. This page contains detailed shipping information including zones, costs, delivery times, and tracking.
Shipping Zones & Rates
🇺🇦 Zone 1: Ukraine (Domestic)

Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days
- Custom Orders: 7-14 business days (production time)
- Vintage Items: 1-2 business days (quality check + packaging)
- Sale Periods: Up to 3 business days (high volume)
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery = Processing + Shipping.
Tracking Your Order
How to Track
- Shipment Email: You'll receive tracking number when order ships
- Account Dashboard: Log in to view order status
- Carrier Website: Track directly on carrier's site
Tracking Numbers
- Nova Poshta: Provided same day
- DHL: Within 24 hours of shipping
- UkrPoshta: Within 1-2 days (international may take longer)
International Shipping Details
Customs & Duties
- Customs Forms: Completed accurately for all international orders
- Customs Fees: Buyer's responsibility (varies by country)
- Declared Value: Actual purchase price (we cannot under-declare)
- Delays: Customs processing can add 2-7 business days
Import Restrictions
Check your country's import regulations. We are not responsible if items are refused entry due to local restrictions.
EU Customers (IOSS)
- VAT included in final price for orders under €150
- No additional customs charges for orders under €150
- IOSS number: [TO BE ADDED WHEN REGISTERED]
Shipping Restrictions
Currently Not Shipping To:
- Russia (indefinitely)
- Belarus (indefinitely)
- Countries under UN sanctions
Delayed Shipping (War-Related)
Due to ongoing situation in Ukraine:
- Shipping times may be longer than usual
- Some carriers may suspend service temporarily
- We will notify you of any delays
- Extended delivery windows during air raid alerts
Shipping Damage
If Package Arrives Damaged
- DO NOT DISCARD packaging
- Take photos of:
- Damaged package (all sides)
- Damaged item
- Shipping label
- Email photos to support@vobvorot.com within 48 hours
- We will file claim with carrier
- Replacement or refund issued after claim approval
Lost Packages
Domestic (Ukraine)
- Contact carrier after 5 business days
- We will assist with claim
- Replacement/refund after 14 days if not found
International
- Contact us after expected delivery date + 7 days
- We will track with carrier
- Claim filed if package confirmed lost
- Replacement/refund after claim resolution (can take 4-6 weeks)
Expedited Shipping
- Available: DHL Express only
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
- Processing: Same-day or next-day (if ordered before 2 PM Kyiv time)
- Weekend Orders: Ship Monday morning
Combined Shipping
- Multiple items in one order: single shipping fee
- Separate orders: contact us within 24 hours to combine
- Cannot combine orders after shipping
Address Changes
- Before Shipping: Contact us immediately - we can update
- After Shipping: Contact carrier directly (address change fees may apply)
- Returned to Sender: Re-shipping fees apply
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Black Friday):
- Processing time: up to 5 business days
- Carrier delays possible
- Order early to ensure delivery
- Last order dates will be posted on website
Signature Required
- Domestic: Optional (available for orders over ₴3,000)
- International: Automatic for orders over $100/€100
- Additional Fee: $3-5 depending on carrier
P.O. Boxes
- Ukraine: UkrPoshta only
- International: Generally not available (depends on carrier)
- We recommend physical address for faster delivery
Packaging
- Eco-friendly materials when possible
- Recyclable poly mailers or boxes
- Tissue paper wrapping
- VOBVOROT branded packaging
- Gift wrapping available (see FAQ)
