At VOBVOROT, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

✅ Eligible Items

  • Unworn items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items purchased within the last 14 days
  • Defective or damaged items (any timeframe)
  • Items that don't match product description

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Sale items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • Email: returns@vobvorot.com
  • Subject: "Refund Request - Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to be returned
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is defective/damaged)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number (RA#)
  • Return shipping address
  • Return instructions

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Pack item securely in original packaging
  • Include RA# on package and inside
  • Ship to provided address
  • Important: Customer pays return shipping (unless item defective/wrong item sent)
  • We recommend trackable shipping method

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your return:

  1. Inspection: 1-2 business days to verify condition
  2. Approval: Email confirmation if refund approved
  3. Processing: 5-7 business days to process refund
  4. Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days (depends on your bank)

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Default option (recommended)
  • Store Credit: Available upon request (faster processing)
  • Exchange: For different size/color (subject to availability)

Refund Amounts

Standard Returns

  • Product Price: Full refund
  • Shipping Fees: Non-refundable (original shipping cost)
  • Return Shipping: Customer's responsibility

Defective/Wrong Items

  • Product Price: Full refund
  • Shipping Fees: Full refund (both ways)
  • Return Shipping: We provide prepaid label

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Item returned without original packaging: -15%
  • Tags removed but otherwise new: -20%
  • Item shows signs of wear: -30-50%
  • Item significantly damaged by customer: No refund

Damaged/Defective Items

Reporting Damage

  • Timeframe: Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: support@vobvorot.com with photos
  • Required Photos:
    • Packaging (if damaged in shipping)
    • Defective area (close-up)
    • Product tags

Resolution Options

  • Full refund (including return shipping)
  • Replacement item (if available)
  • Partial refund (if you wish to keep item)

Exchanges

Size/Color Exchanges

  • Subject to item availability
  • Exchange shipping fees apply (unless our error)
  • Same process as returns + specify desired replacement

Vintage Item Exchanges

  • Not available (one-of-a-kind items)
  • Refund and repurchase required

International Orders

Additional Considerations

  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • May take longer for refund processing (10-15 business days)
  • Currency conversion rates may affect final refund amount

Lost Returns

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
  • Always use trackable shipping
  • Keep proof of postage
  • Consider insurance for high-value items

Chargebacks

Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks:

  • Delay resolution
  • May result in account suspension
  • We will work with you to resolve any issues fairly

Special Circumstances

COVID-19 / War in Ukraine

Extended return windows may be available during:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Force majeure events
  • Contact us for case-by-case consideration

Gifts

  • Refund issued to original purchaser
  • Gift recipient can exchange for different size/item
  • Store credit available for gift returns

Refund Tracking

Track your refund status:

  1. Check email for inspection/approval confirmation
  2. Allow 5-7 business days after approval
  3. Check bank/card statement (may appear as "VOBVOROT" or "Shopify")
  4. If not received within 15 business days, contact us

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Ukrainian consumer protection law or EU Consumer Rights Directive (for EU customers).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or show signs of abuse.
